I'm afraid your dilema is too specific geographically to expect many hits here, but it's worth a try, right?! Anyway, a suggestion might be to call a reputable cabinet shop and tell them that you're a hobbyist (is that a word?) and need a sharpening service. Would tey mind sharing the name of theirs. If they send them out via post then ask if they know of someone locally as a second choice. You might even try calling several shops and see if there's a favorite (3 out of 5, for instance).
