It's going on five weeks now since I took my belt sander to a Ridgid Service Center for repair and there is no sign of it being fixed in the near future. Jobs needing to be sanded before finishing are piling up, my random orbit sander is working overtime, and all Ridgid has to offer is, 'It's on back order. You'll get it when we get it.' They make a good product (I have a lot of Ridgid tools) but they have some of the worse customer service I've ever had. Anyone else having similar experiences?
