  • Posting your Project Pics

I put something up specifically thinking of the woodworkers on the board here. I know a lot of you have posted your project pics inside of posts that eventually get losts as time goes along.

Now you have a dedicated area that is much more flexibile for posting pictures. The new RIDGID picture gallery can be accessed by clicking above the thumbnails at the top of the forum.

    - You can post pictures.
    - Other users can rate the pictures
    - Comments can be added to the picture.
    - Pictures are automatically associated with you so someone can see all your pictures from the gallery

The cool thing is the picture is always the focus though and doesnt get lost in hundreds of replies.

I wish I could port all the old posted pictures over to the gallery but unfortunatley that wont work. From now on try out the picture gallery. it should work great.

    Josh,

Cool idea. Now I need to get some new batteries for the camera. Thanks...
If at first you don't succeed, try reading the owners manual.

        Size limit is 195.3 KB.

How about format? Wouldn't take my .png pic. Jpeg or Gif only?

        Thx,

Size limit 200 k format jpg, gif, png

limit to start out per person is 30 images. I may have to open that up a bit since john has posted 30 birdhouses already

It's above the thumbnails on the Main Forum Listing. You'll need to be logged in to see the thumbnails and the link...called 'Enter Gallery'. From there you will see a link called 'Upload'.

I am very fortunate to be able to build a wide range of woodworking projects over the past 25 years.
I spent 20 years building new homes , decks and fences alone.
