    Hi,
    I have the same "recess" problem with my TS3650.
    How do I go about getting a replacement??

    Try reading the 4 page thread dealing with this situation. You'll find it on the same main page as this thread.
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the "John" and renamed it the "Jim". I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

      Send an email to Ridgid customer service with your serial number and they will ship one out, or direct you to the nearest service center for repair.
