    The arbors on the 3650 and most other contractor saws aren't long enough to use the SD608. You'll need to use a conventional stacked dado set.

      Hello Alan:

      You might want to check the arbor treads. Got one recently and the last thread is partially missing. When running the diablo dd208 dado set the blades cut at different heights making rough cuts and it's not the blades- this same set works flawless on the TS2400. Although it still exist this problem was reported years ago on the forum. Ridgid sent me a replacement arbor but the consumer is responsible for taking the 300# saw to the repair shop, yep.

      In response to your question is the saw worth the price, it's a nice saw but the rough cut grooves create needless sanding when they should alrdy be smooth.
