  • TS3650 zero clearance insert

i followed the instructions on the woodsmith site to make a zero clearance insert for the TS3650.

    http://www.woodsmith.com/issues/146/...e-dado-insert/

I used 10mm laminate flooring scrap as the material - and made a spacer/shim from some 1/16 th inch hardboard. Thanks to papa dan for this tip.

Anyways, here are some pics. The only bit of trouble was
the rectangular piece on the back. I simply clamped it upright in a vice and cut it in half laterally with a coping saw. A bit of 80 grit sand paper took care of the rough edge.
