    How old a saw is Ridgid Model # 24121 table saw, Thanks

    The 2412 was the original contractor saw that Ridge Tool/Emerson marketed under the Ridgid name after Emerson and Sears parted ways. IIRC, that was in 1998. A year or two later the 2412 was followed by the 2424. So a rough guess is the saw could be 8-10 years old.
    Teach your kids about taxes..........eat 30 percent of their ice cream.

          Hi everybody
          Great grandsons dad just came back from HD,
          he swung deal with mgr, if he bought, mitre saw. planner, and table saw
          he would get 15% off, am now proud owner of three Ridgid units.

              If you had opened a HD credit card account you can get an additional 10% off. I think you can have a total of three cards. Because there were some scratches I haggled the manager down 20% on a trailer. I then opened another credit card account and received an additional 10% reduction. I don't recall if the 10% reduction was on the original price or the reduced one.

              Best of luck with your new tools. My experience with Ridgid products has been exceptionally positive.
