  • Trunion bolts

The back of my saw blade is 1/64 out of line with the front.
I have loosened the trunion bolts(exept for the middle one on the back which has a different size bolt) and they were all very easy to loosen.
I might have been able to do them with my fingers. How tight should they be?
I have to find the size of the middle bolt now and loosen it.

I found the same with mine, so I aligned the blade and made sure they were good and snug; recheck periodically. I guess you can use a little Lock Tight on the threads, too. I have not found any torque specs anywhere.

If you bend the washer, it's too tight.
