    Hello! Welcome to the forum.

Use the search feature at the top of the forum and search for:

    Router extension

    Router table for 3650

    Router extension on 3650

You will have to look around the old posts but you will get lots of ideas.

I purchased the bulldog cast iron table, I put mine on the right side and it works great. Does make the right side a bit top heavy, so if you add any table to the right side pay attention so the saw does not tip over.

It's actually Bench Dog. The case iron extension is called the ProMax.

          Here's a link: http://www.benchdog.com/promax.cfm

I have the same extension table, and love it. That's not to say that other extension tables might not work just fine for you or the OP, but this is an excellent quality product. Solid as, well, cast iron. Fit and finish were excellent, and there's a plethora of add ons and what-not you can upgrade to later. I just recently put a Woodpeckers router lift in it, built a dust collection box, blah blah. It's probably the priciest of the extensions, but it's exceptional.

            WJ,
TNX for clarifying the dog's breed. I checked the kennel, er, the website you mentioned, looks like a quality unit like you said.
How much does it cost though?

Will check on the bird next.

I'm sure it gives a price on the website, why didn't you check it while you were there?

Re: router extension for table saw

forgive a newbie but i think a dedicated router table is superior to a table saw mounted one. i spent 99 dolars from highland harware a while back and am so pleased with my kit and homemade router table

You are correct, they do not have pricing info on their site any more. It had been a while since I had visited their site. Before they got big they used to sell through their web site (2004). I guess their retailers didn't like being in competition with them so they stopped selling direct to the public.

IIRC the ProMax router extension table was in the $300 to 350 range.

One of the best features of BenchDog tools is they are Made in the USA !!
