Why does my table saw belt keep slipping? I've tightened the tension but it keeps slipping off. Any ideas?

The belt can be slipping due to a variety of reasons.
If you would provide more specific information and details, perhaps some of the folks here can help you.

If the tension is right then the alignment is most likely off.

I have a Ridgid TS3660 table saw. Tension and alignment both seem ok. I can get about 6-10 cuts, then it lossens right up.
