    Razorback,

Nice little stand, I'd like to try something in black sometime. The detailed legs, subtle arches and the side panels are pretty nice too. On the tops an overhang like that is gives it much more depth than if it were flush.

This product is a man made (engineered lumber) mfg. by Weyerhauser. They asked me to try at least one to see what it came out like. Never again.

Size: 48.0 KBI think I finally got the picture to attach. This is a sofa table that I made for my sister a few weeks ago. It is oak with a red mahogany stain on it. Along with about ten coats of poly. Hopefully the pic comes with the post ? ? ? ?

                  • You all make such nice things!!! Here's some pics of a jewelry box I finally completed. It came out of some rough-sawn lumber...so I got to use all the toys...er....TOOLS!

Not nearly the quality you all make, but for me it was an accomplishment. I had to use that knot in the maple somewhere, and this box seemed the best answer.
I put it all back together better than before. There\'s lots of leftover parts.

They actually don't take that long.
i just follow the same steps each time for the basic construction.
it's always the things you don't think will take long that end up taking the longest. i did this one in just under 2 weeks.
                              thanks again
