I bought a ts3650 in January. I did not apparently have "the arbor problem", but I wasn't sure, so I sent them and email with my address and serial number. They sent me a new arbor by UPS that arrived a few days later -- no questions asked. Anyone can make a mistake (apparently when they transferred mfg to the new site, they transferred obsolete drawings for the arbor...), but Ridgid resolved the issue instantly. They have my respect for that.
