I love my TS2424. If I was single I would marry it. A lot less trouble. It performs well and doesn't give me any hassle (unlike SWMBO). I don't have to paint the fence all the time. It shuts up when I pull the plug. It will cut corners when neccessary. It even cuts the crap. It doesn't cost much to run. It will sit quietly for long periods of time. Just requires routine maintenance. I could go on (and I feel sure someone will) smile. I guess the only downside so far is that its nuts have to be tightened from time to time. Ouch...

You hit the nail on the head Ivor Michaels...

I think that is why god created home shops and woodworking. A place for guy's to go and get away from the hair pulling and be in touch with the finer side of life... I have yet to take any lip off my saw yet either, or any of my tools... I just need a few more accommodations, and I could live in the shop...

No Big Johnson, that sound you heard was Ivor's SWMBO hitting HIM on the head not a nail .
