  • ts/router extention ... finished

let me know what you think. i took ideas from the tons of pics/ideas i got from this place and it (i think) turned out ok. its a rookie job at best. it has a few errors here and there but again i think it turned out fine. the top itself is 1 inch birch ply and the fence face is 5/4 red oak. the rest of the fence material is all 3/4 red oak. everything has 3 coats of stain/poly with 000 steel wool between coats. i did manage to push some product through the table and it seemed to work great. glad its done!!!
the table was built was built to support a bosch 1617pk.

    thanks all for the ideas...

It looks very nice - functionally and visually. I'm working on one too but other jobs keep taking me away. Where did you order the tracks, knobs, guard, and vacuum attachment from?

nice job! any chance you could post a few pics of the underside, especially how the table was mounted to the CI top and the rails?

It looks nice, looks functional, but most importantly the orange feather boards match the saw!
