    Great work as always John.
You have certainly made plenty of them.
Are these built-to-order mostly or do you
built ahead and sell off your "showroom floor".

Probably a mix of both I would suspect.

      Thanks again Bob !!
The first one was built for a actress friend Candy Clark from American Graffiti and the others were done for my yard . I had some of them go to a store in town to sell so i am just trying to build up an inventory for my yard again. They are going faster then i can build them . I am about 15 houses behind now .

John, once again you amaze me with your birdhouses, beautiful work there, my friend. Since you call it a pool, I'll run w/it. I guess the birds that live in houses like these, don't get a bird bath, LOL....... Maybe I'm in the wrong business and should cater to the rich and famous birds/owners, something like that. Great job....

Hey John, I do have a question for ya. Without a peg/landing platform, can the birds still get into the opening, without a problem?????

The car/bird port is pretty cool....

Are the tops removable to allow cleaning?

Thanks again everyone for all the wonderful responses . I use to add perches to the houses but i have been told several times that it makes it easier for other birds to pull the babies out . I,m not sure if it is true or not .I know the birds do like the perches . They also have great taste in cars .

Congrats on getting onto This Old House! You're really doing great stuff, John. I'm glad you're getting some recognition for your efforts.
I put it all back together better than before. There\'s lots of leftover parts.

Those birdhouses ROCK! Maybe you should get into custom sheds/doghouses too? Or even like models of buildings. Congrats on getting on this old house too, good to see some Canadian people getting international recognition. Keep up the good work!

Man, if I could get some plans for the old residential school I tore down in yellowknife called Akaitcho hall, and some aerial photos and stuff it would rule if you could make one. I would love nothing more than to put it in my garage. I even have the letters from above the front door and dishes from the place. I've loved it since I was a little boy. The only residential school with no reported history of abuse, it had a 200 person reunion and everything too where alumni from many years came to check it out, so many people came to see it when it was torn down. It was a pretty awesome place!
