It happened to Steel City too, so there is another brand that everyone should start bashing.

The transmission in my 2000 Accord died twice within the first 30K miles. Stop buying Honda.

Apple has iPods that go boom (probably didnt hear about that one?)

Or maybe, just maybe, poop happens and it really comes down to how well the company handles fixing it. At least Ridgid isnt sweeping it under the carpet.

Seems One World Technologies Inc. / RIDGID "was" aware of this for quite some time. Hence the date codes between CD0829 and CD0837 and the "Arbor Inspected” sticker directly above the plate or an orange square on the outside of the package, prior to recall.

They knew, but the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission brought on the recall. And then One World Technologies Inc. / RIDGID "cooperated". A "voluntary recall"??

Flying saw blades Batman... thanks for NOT letting us know EARLIER One World Technologies Inc. / RIDGID .

Trust Lost, Thank Goodness nothing else!!! bye bye One World Technologies Inc. / RIDGID, forever..

When it's sounds to good to be true ( R4511 ),, it probably is..

Hopefully Ridgid will expand the recall #'s. My code is "CDO838" and recently the end of the arbor chipped off. It is at HD waiting to be shipped off to a service center, they would not exchange it.
