  • Freud "Glue Line Rip" blade

Anyone tried one of these yet?

The ad copy I read sounded pretty good.

Anyway, It's time for me to upgrade from the combo blade that came w/ my TS2412 and the price of this sure beats the Forrest WWII.

    Thanks

I bought one of these and put in in my Ridgid 2412, works great! It leaves very little saw marks. I have also used the Freud rip blades that are on the shelves at HD, which work well. The Glue-line blade is thicker, so it does take a little more effort to cut a thicker board. I have cut 1 1/2" red oak with it, and the saw never bogged down if I used a reasonable feed rate.

I just ran across these on sale for $52.95 here:

      Freud LM74R010

Standard disclaimers apply: don't know 'em, don't work for 'em, don't get paid by 'em.
