    what amp breaker and size wire would i need to use to wire my 4511 for
    220?

          In most places it's 120/240 now. In any event you will use about half the amperage with 240 than you will with 120.
          #14 wire is 15 amp capacity.
          #12 " " 20 amp capacity.

          If the saw needs 12 amps then #14 wire will carry the load.
          12 x 120 = 1,440 Watts.
          1440 * 240 = 6.00 amps. so a #14 wire will easily carry the load.
          Example a 60 watt bulb uses .5 amps, 60 watts * 120volts = .5, so you could have 30 60 watt bulbs on a #14 wire circuit.
          Bear in mind you need a Two Pole breaker.
