Anyone have plans or a pic of a small (maybe folding) pasta drying rack?
    Thanks

We make our own pasta. The first time, we dried it like the Italian Market in Philadelphia. As it dried, the sound of falling pasta was like rain. So we put our pasta machine away for a couple years.

Now we freeze the freshly cut pasta, like the "frozen fresh pasta" in the deli. Works great and doesn't require a drying rack. (Use lots of flour to keep it from sticking - it will come off when you cook it. And remember that fresh pasta only takes a minute or so to cook, not 8-12 minutes.)

Which means that I don't have (or want) a picture of a pasta drying rack!
