  • New Table Saw Care Question

Have a new cabinet saw and decided on T-9 plus renaissance wax for the cast iron and fence and stuff but not much out there on how to keep things like the trunnions and gears?

Any good quality dry lube would work.

I've always used what ever paste wax I was using on the top, on the tilt and raise/lower gears as well. Just put some on there with a tooth brush, tilt it and raise it a couple of times and call it done.

I like to use white lithium spray on grease. It goes on wet and dries like a wax so it doesn't attract dust. I've heard of others using candle wax too.
