    If you are blowing a 20A breaker you are either slowing the blade enough to kick in the start cap or there are other things running on the circuit.
    Running a 220 line would solve the problem of a shared line but if I was going to go to the trouble of running a new 220 line I would run AWG 6 or 8 and put in a 60 or 40 amp pony panel.
