  • Incra Miter Express added to the TS4516

This miter sled adds up to 24" of cross cut capacity in this case 20" with the blade height setup for 3/4 stock with a zero clearance sub-fence added. just thought I would share this.

    Cheers
    Glen

glen...nice job with the incra accessories and the saw cabinet. those pics look like promotional photos for just how far a tool can be accessorized. do you have a source for incra stuff? it tends to be fairly pricey. any plans to add an outfeed table to that saw?
there's a solution to every problem.....you just have to be willing to find it.

We have two Incra dealers in Ottawa, Lee Valley Tools, BusyBee Tools.
Elite Tools online is another source. Yes Incra tools are not cheap but worth every penny for the accuracy woodworkers dream about.
The work bench in the photo is at the same height so it can double as an outfeed table if need be, it's also on wheels so I can move it around, it measures at 72" X 30" Here's the pic of the work bench-outfeed table.

        Thanks for the comment Dave

Here's a link to the demo's on the TS fence systems http://www.incra.com/videos_demos.htm

Nice job on tricking out your saw with the Incra accessories Glen.
          I like your cabinet too.

            Thanks Bob

I take it your planning on making a cabinet to fill in that extra space under that Unisaw right?

            Cheers

Yup. It's in the planning stages in my head but it will be some time before I get to work on it. This summer probably.
