    I'm intrested in purchasing a new ridgid 4512 table saw and i was wondering how long the arbor is on this saw, I know it's 5/8ths in diamater but I need to know how long it is too, Thanks in advance, Ray

    Not sure what the exact length is but I'm pretty sure it isn't long enough to fully utilize a Freud Dial-A-Width if that's why you're asking.
    Teach your kids about taxes..........eat 30 percent of their ice cream.

      The reason I need to know the length of the arbor is because i want to get sommerfelds beaded face frame set up and the arbor has to be at least 1 3/8ths inches long

        I don't know if this will be of much help to you but the arbor on my Ridgid contractor saw, not the 4512, is 1-1/8" long.
        Teach your kids about taxes..........eat 30 percent of their ice cream.

          I just ran out and measured the shaft on my 4512 and without taking off the blade and stabilizers I measured it to be approx 1 5/8" to 1 3/4". I hope that this helps you.
