  • Zero Clearance Inserts

    Maybe for Jake...
I see ads in various magazines for zero clearance inserts for the table saw. The Ridgid brand is never mentioned but Craftsman is. I am curious if the Craftman inserts fit the Ridgid? Thanks!

    ps I have the 2424

To the best fo my knowlage craftsman will fit the TS-2424. I made one of my own using the insert that came wilth my TS-2424 using som scrap plywood I had another fellow woodworker did the same. Mine works great. I thing I put the post under Tip and Tech. You may want to look there to see if you can find it. It eacy to make and will cost you far less then buying one. I hope this help

Thanks Dan. Have thought about making some... just figured buying was easier and maybe they would be better than what I make.

Dave, In case you don't make your own, the Craftsman inserts do fit the Ridgid.

            Dave,

Any inserts listed for the later model craftsman table saws will also fit the RIDGID.
