  • 2400 nylon rollers

The stand that comes with the 2400 has two nylon rollers on it for the part that collapses and allows the stand to be stored upright or flat. After I installed the new pair I got from Ridgid, I found that they were not big enough to stay on. I actually had one break as well, so I replaced them tonite with 1/2" ID PVC pipe. Had to belt sand it down a bit on the outside to get it to roll in the track, but now it's working perfectly.

To those who might read this in R&D...the nylon rollers should be thicker and longer so as not to be so easy to derail out of the track.
