      That's the same dealer and insert I use. I recommended them in another thread quite awhile ago also.

        I made 4 ZCI's from MDO (Med Density Overlay) board.

        I made one for my std. (1/8") saw blade, my thin kerf blade, my wobble dado, and my 8" stacked dado. The MDO is perfect for the job.

        I topped them all with high-pressure melamine laminate. Gave them a nice smooth, slick surface to push the wood over.

        If they get any pitch on them, a bit of mineral spirits cleans it right off.
