Epoxy resin accent

  • Epoxy resin accent

    Got this idea from a wood working site. Thought I would give it a try.
    Mixed up some colored resin and hardener and poured it into a 3/4"
    mold to make a little cabochon to inlay in the top of this lidded box
    turned from cocobolo. Shaped the cabochon on the lathe, wet sanded,
    and polished with Hut's plastic polish.
