  • BeadLOCK tenon jig from Rockler

A friend of mine has one of these. It really seems pretty good. I may get one of these. Do a search for BeadLOCK at Rockler's site. Thanks.

Hasn't anyone seen this? It is pretty darn good. I am in the prcess of doing some cabinets on a wat with this. Seems to work quite well.

Not to demean the Ridgid Forums--I check them all the time--but if you go onto WoodNet Forums or Saw Mill Creek, you'll probably get a lot of responses because those sites have a lot more traffic. In fact, if you use the SEARCH function on them, you'll get your information about the beadlock system (or about anything else you want to know).

It sounds like you have answered your own question. Beadlock works very well. I've had mine for over 4 years. For best results, I would suggest you use a corded drill. Higher rpm's and will result in cleaner holes.
