• Crown Molding

I have a 12" Ridgid compound mitre saw and it has the legend that tells you how to cut crown molding for a 90 degree corner (sweet feature) so far it has kept me sane.

However I have some 45 & 135 degree angles and I was wondering if anyone has a cheat sheet on what settings work with my saw?

    Example is _________/

    Appreciate any thoughts!

First of all, welcome to the forum. This link might help. Then again it might not. I just don't know. I hate crown molding myself.

You are the man! I am cutting the crown using the flat method so for a 45 degree cut it is not as simple as 22.5 degrees!

If anyone else needs to know this link is THE CHEAT SHEET! At the bottom it lists all angles.

I obviously came to the right place, thanks Lorax!
