  • R4512 Blade Alignment at 45 degrees

Hi everyone, I'm new to table saws and new to the forum, but have been following for a while. I have a new R4512 and thought I finally had everything adjusted. After reading MHogan's post I went and checked my blade alignment at 45 and it is off by about 1/16". I haven't seen a procedure about how to make this adjustment and was hoping someone could tell me or have a link that would help. I didn't have any luck with a search.
    Thanks!

    this thread:

while aimed at a cabinet type saw, it provides a procedure for quantifying the amount of any adjustments and also a means of determining where and how the adjustment(s) should be made. it works on saws like the 4512 that have table mounted trunions. i used the procedure on my two emerson electric built TSs which also have table mounted trunions and it works quite well.
there's a solution to every problem.....you just have to be willing to find it.
