  • Cross reference Rigid Lathe with Craftsman Lathe for parts

Is anyone aware of a place I can cross reference an older Craftsman lathe manufactured by Emerson Tool Co., that resembiles the Wl1200 Ridgid Lathe?
I am looking for replacement parts, accesories, and manuals.

    thanks,

    John

Don't know if this will help much, but here is a link to the Ridgid Lathe. You can download the manual, has a parts breakdown, and can order parts online. http://www.ridgid.com/index3.html

Ridgid's Lathe needs a desperate overhaul. Though I'm not turning much heavy duty stuff these days, I would like to see a solid bed and heavier duty tail stock and tool rest as I know I'll be getting into turning large spindles for round tables some time in the next year. And I really don't want to go off brand from Ridgid!
