    Build a woodworking bench from plywood; crazy right?

    Maybe not. This type construction could be used for all sorts of benches or tables in a shop or elsewhere. If you used Russian, Baltic Birch, or similar void free plywood, you could even make furniture.

    Interesting post - I was going to make a small plywood cabinet for my printer to sit on as well as to contain some stuff I want out of the way. I was planning to model it after designs I saw in Fine Woodworking by a furniture maker who uses veneered plywood along with custom made veneer for a two toned wood look. You can create some interesting designs that way.

    I purchased some Maple plywood - not decided on the darker veneer which I was planning to also make. This was supposed to have been a project over Christmas which did not happen - took it easy instead
