  • TS3650 assemble complete - some spare parts oops :)

I know there a lot of 3650 owners out there that can remember these kinds of details, so here goes.

I finished the assembly of the saw tonight and I am let with a few extra hex head screws (3 to be exact) from what I can remember they were bundled together and their size is 1/4-20 3/4. Consequently, I also have the flange nuts to accompany them. Did I miss a step somewhere?

I also decided not to mount the spacer bar since a router is going in there hopefully by this weekend.

Ok - should have read further

Those bolts and nuts are used to attach a wood facing (manual pg 53) to the fence. Gotta love Adobe Acrobat reader for that stuff. Online manuals and the search feature is great!

You've got to be careful VTDivot, if you start asking AND answering your own questions, you are going to put all the old timers on this forum who usually answer the questions out of business !

It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenious.

Many thanks, I was just about to ask the same question.
