I purchased a v-belt to replace the belt on my TS3650. Do I also need to replace the pulleys on the motor and arbor? The new belt keeps slipping off the existing pulleys.

The 3650 does not use a V belt, it uses an automotive style sepentine belt. You should not need to change the belt as the standard belt has much less vibration than a regular V belt.

I forgot to mention that I bought a link belt, since it has been recommended in the past.

Link belts have NEVER been recommended for the 3650 on this forum unless you are prepared to change the pulleys too! What a waste.
Didn't you notice the differences between the original serpentine belt and the link belt you bought?

The belt that came with my saw was a Bando Rib-Ace Model 417-J. This web page, http://www.bandousa.com/html/industrial.html# will help you locate a distributor in your area.
