  • zero clearance question

    After searching this forum I purchased the "949 New Ridgid 2003 / 2004
    14" x 34-607 Models TS-3650 & TS2400LS" zero clearance insert from http://www.ttrackusa.com/zeroclearanceinserts.htm.
    When I tried to install it on my 3650, my blade wouldn't lower enough for the insert to fit. Am I missing something?

    No, your not missing anything. To cut the kerf, use a smaller blade or route a shallow groove in the insert. Here's a recent thread you might want to read:
