as long as the counter tops were not installed, no problem. the copper bullets were cut, an estucion was installed and the stop was tightened in a matter of seconds. with the proper wrench, it was no problem.
then i still had to turn on the water and walk the units, to make sure the painters and drywallers didn't leave a valve turned on looking for water.
