Nice cutting board? I like the contrast; the chair isn't bad either. Kind of reminds me of the one Norm put together in the New Yankee Workshop a few years back.
Here are a couple of my work in progress. I am still working on my workbench, I think I am going make a career out of this one. The first pic is setting up to mark the pins and the second is after the pins were chopped out and the table top holes punch out. I used my plunge router to punch the holes out, burned up two 3/4" router bits on this task. The third pic is cutting the tails on the end caps; my saw was maxed out. I ended up using my Japanese Ryoba to finish the cut.
Hopefuly the next post will have the vise mounted and table with the final finish.
