If you have pictures it might be easier. Typically the RV water closets are pretty easy as all they have is an on-off valve. Most are only made to work on 25-50 psi so if you are hooked up to your house pressure you need to have an RV regulator which is just a simple inline unit that hooks up in the hose connection. If pressure is not the problem you likely need to change the flush valve.
