Website problem with registration
My dashboard is nice and all, shows all the products I own etc.
When I go to register my new drill it won't let me and says the email I'm using is taken, yes I know, it's taken by me.
Same email I used to register 4 years ago. They filled it in for me.
So it tells me to contact customer service but every time I do that it keeps asking for a model and serial number, which I write in, don't know if any messages are getting through, keeps asking for model and serial.
Not sure if I should shi* or go blind?
