last year sometime ridgid admitted to a problem with the feed rollers on the planer, i called tech support and they promptly sent me a new set and i installed them in less then a hour so all is well. i was talking to a friend this afternoon and he was telling me that when he called tech support with in the last week they told him that they would not send new rollers and that he had to send the planer in for service. whats up with that? is this how things are now? i always thought highly of ridgid tech support.
