How does August 5th look for a ride along? My boss is digging the idea.
area drains with styrene are always a hit and miss. but a jetter is your best bet and a k-60 with 7/8'' c-10 is the next best. a drum cable is too stiff and can't navigate the tight turn tees and 90's.
I really appreciate that offer as my boss asked if I had any hands-on experience with it, but that wasn't a deal breaker. I'm looking forward to increasing my success rate with area drains.
the standard 5/8'' x 7.5' is what I run with my k-50 and if needed the k-60. 60' should be fine as that's typically long enough to hit a larger common line from most fixtures. 150' of c-10 7/8'' is also a good call. remember there is a learning curve with the sectionals and you need to practice. feel free to come spend the day with me and we can practice the ins and outs of the machine. used mine on 3 jobs today and jetted 3 jobs yesterday. you never know what machine is needed.
My new boss is looking into setting me up with a k60 to get the GO 68 off my van. I'm pricing things out through Ferguson. I'm aiming for an SP package with an additional 75' of C-10, and 1 C-10ic. I'm unsure of which 5/8" to go with. I want to carry at least 60'. What do you suggest?
I was just going to respond.
